







Maison Margiela Concept Store Proposal
Tasked with proposing a 'future-proof' concept store for an existing brand, a concept store was proposed for Maison Margiela in Dubai, acknowledging the spending power and keen interest of its young luxury consumer in the brand and the recent signing of a joint venture between Maison Margiela parent brand OTB and Dubai-based retailer Chalhoub Group which aims to expand the retail presence of OTB brands in the Middle East and 'deliver exceptional services and personalized experiences in the UAE.' Considering the specific needs and wants of both domestic Emirati luxury shoppers and tourists, the store concept imagines tech-powered customization options, interactive gamified experiences and localized hospitality elements such as a café branded as an Emirati sitting room. Store interior and branding renders were produced through Midjourney AI and Photoshop.
