Tasked with curating a new product assortment maximized by digital technology and artificial intelligence for an existing brand, I proposed an innovative computer vision-powered service and an assortment optimized by predictive analytics for Ferragamo. Utilizing sales-boosting fitting technology, ‘FitTech’ by an award-winning tech provider, I proposed Ferragamo offer an online and in-store FitTech scanner, exploiting Ferragamo’s competitive advantage in the availability of three footwear widths to recapture the brand’s association with exquisite comfort from tailored fits. Launching this FitTech service is an assortment of pump, moccasin, sandal and ballerina styles targeted to Gen Z with insights from a predictive analytics tool combining diverse data sources with advanced machine learning.
